There is limit of 7 colors to be used with one splatter effect. Splattered SP available
only in heavy standard.
You cannot use splatters with following effects: Galaxy, Picture disc, 3 colour,
A side/B side, Quad, Twister, Cornetto.
There can be 3, 4, 5 or 6 spokes used with the cornetto effect.

The cloudy effect is achieved by using an ultra clear base colou r and a transparent colour
of your choice.
Picture discs are vinyl records which have a printed label and plastic foil on both sides (covering
the entire surface area). In case of a records with audio on one side only, there has to be a silent
groove (groove without signal) on the side without audio, it cannot stay blank
without any groove.
We believe that vinyl records should not be limited only to round, black records. A shaped record

product is completely up to you – if it is technically possible (taking the total area available
for the music into consideration), we can shape it for you.

Shaped picture disc is the perfect media for collector‘s edition, promotional records
as well as limited editions. It offers a wide scope for your cre ativity. The picture disc
label must be by 2-3mm smaller than the requested final shape siz e. Please note that
there is a risk of warping as only one label printed from both sides is used.
This type of a record can be made with a combination of any solid or transparent
colours using silkscreen print. Artwork is to be supplied 1/0 K and you can choose
from CMYK or Pantone colour. Artwork size 292 mm max. Vinyl format: 7, 10, 12 inches.
An etched vinyl is a record with an image (graphic, band logo, text, etc.) etched into a blank
side of your record. Usually there are no grooves containing music/sound on the etched
side of the record. Please consult a Cyclone representative for more information
about ETCHED VINYL options.

The vinyl records are manufactured from a vinyl compound with ingredient of a special
pigment. There are three pigments available – blue, green and red pigment. The base
vinyl colour can be clear or ultra-clear colour No. 14.
